The screen that opens up contains all the fields you will need to fill out to post a load to the SHIPMYNT social load board:

Name + Description

Add a load title (try to make it as detailed as you can to attract qualified Carriers + Owner Operators) and a details descriptions. Some things we recommend putting in the description are:

  • A detailed description of what is in the load
  • FTL or LTL
  • Truck type preference
  • Weight
  • Disclaimers

Pickup + Dropoff Details

Add the desired pickup + drop off dates, along with the address information, for you load. And no need to worry about privacy breaches –  when Carriers and Owner Operators see your load when they search, they will only see the city and state for your load posting; they won’t see your full address unless you choose them to transport your load.

Asking Price

Add the price that you want to pay to transport your load. Carriers and Owner Operators will then use this as a base to submit their bids against. You will have the option as the load owner to select the bid that is most cost effective and can make sure your loads are always being transported by Carriers you trust.

Post as Public or Private

We give you the option to post your loads to either private or public. If you choose to post privately, only select users from your trusted network will see your load posting and can bid on it. With private postings, we give you the option to convert your load to a public posting after a certain number of hours, in case no Carriers in your trusted network are able to transport your load.

When loads post as public, all Carrier and Owner Operator users on SHIPMYNT will be able to submit bids on your load.

There are some advanced posting options, if you have extra time and details that you want to include about your load.
